Vendor did not bring their own food safe sanitizer solution or test strips., - Ensure sanitizer solution is readily available and brought to special events (chlorine at 100ppm, or QUAT at 200ppm)., - Vendor was able to source regular bleach and test strips before start time of event and prepared solution at 100ppm.
