Thriveology Elevated Daycare - Food

During a declared outbreak, facility was using approximately 500 ppm chlorine bleach sanitizing solution vs. the required 1000 ppm solution. This was due to infrequent remaking of solution and user error with difficult to read test strips. All sanitizing solutions were increased at the request of the PHI and new test strips that are easier to read were ordered.
