The chlorine spray measured >200 ppm (rebleached the test strip) and was diluted during the inspection to 200 ppm. For a food safe sanitizer, mix 1/2 teaspoon of bleach per litre of water.
Facility is down to one paper towel roll; please obtain more paper towel so all hand sinks are fully stocked. The washroom requires cleaning.
A weather strip was added to the bay door. Minor mouse droppings noted under the bathroom sink and hand sink. We discussed properly cleaning the droppings.
