Not in ComplianceAt the time of the inspection, we noted jars of a garlic oil product. At first it was thought that this was home prepared foods, but I understood from the operators that the food was made in a Permitted Home Kitchen. However, your paperwork did not indicate that you have a home-based kitchen, and it referenced the use of Kuya Will's & Tobits Kitchen. I went through our files and I could not see a file for this business having a Food Handling Permit. This means you cannot sell food items on social media unless you have a Food Handling Permit and the food is made in an approved kitchen.
