Save-on-Foods 6630 - Food

Several food items such as butter chicken gravy, Baby food products (organic bars) were observed on display shelves past their best before dates. Operator was instructed to review all food items and remove any products that have exceeded their best before dates.

Seafood: Water was observed spilling into the sanitizer sink during handwashing. The operator was instructed to adjust or extend the tap so that water flows directly into the handwashing sink only.

Deli: The floor inside the walk-in cooler was observed with accumulated debris and buildup beneath the racks. The operator was instructed to thoroughly clean the floor to maintain proper sanitation.
