ConformeThe spray bottle of bleach/chlorine sanitizer was not labelled. Corrected during inspection., , There were some chemicals and caulking on shelf with meat slicer in the kitchen. Remove these items from the kitchen; corrected during inspection.
There were a couple of mouse droppings in corner by freezer (side storage area); were removed and area cleaned/sanitized during inspection. Recommend an additional mouse trap in this area.
