The 22 gallon/83L wastewater tank required for a Type D Mobile Unit was removed and replaced with one that is smaller (about 20L). Wastewater tank that will hold at least 22 gallons/83 L is required to be properly hooked up.
The volume of the wastewater container is smaller than the volume of the potable water tank. The volume of the wastewater tank needs to be at least 10% larger than the volume of the potable water tank., , There is also a gap around where the plumbing from the sink goes into the wastewater tank. When re-plumbed with properly-sized wastewater tank, ensure there is no gap.
