*** Repeat Violation, , Hand washing station is not supplied with paper towels. Operator placed a new roll of paper towels in the dispenser during inspection. Ensure that all hand washing stations are supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.

Particle board cupboard doors below three compartment sink were water damaged. Operator already has plans underway to replace these shelves/cupboards so they are smooth, durable and impervious to moisture. , *Cited again September 24, 2024 - Plans to install within the next month., *Cited again July 17, 2025 , Repair cupboards as soon as possible., , Update (April 10, 2026), the cupboard doors have been removed and operator currently in the process of replacing the sink fixture.
