Sandwiches by till were on ice but were not maintained at 4 degrees Celsius or below. Staff stated these were for display only. If using for display, mark each sandwich with "Display Only" to ensure they are not sold.

Paper towel dispenser in back food prep area was empty. This was refilled during the inspection. Ensure all hand sinks are stocked with soap and paper towel.
