PassThey were thawing meat in room temp. onsite. Corrected during the inspection. Meat packages were transferred to the fridge for proper thawing process. Proper thawing methods were discussed with the operator onsite.
The splashguard at the handwashing sink was broken. , , Please replace with a splashguard that is smooth, easy to clean, impervious to moisture and durable.
