Sink for hand-washing was removed from the wall with no caulking, which may lead to water damage in the wall surface material behind the sink. Secure the sink fixture and ensure that proper caulking is in place around the sink to prevent water damage.
Ice scoop was placed on top of the ice machine with other items stored on the same surface. Keep all utensils including ice scoop in a designated container to prevent contamination. Operator removed the scoop for washing during the inspection.
Dust build-up noted on ceiling surface. Clean ceiling.

When inspector arrived, tomatillos were being prepared in sink used for hand washing and sink was inaccessible for handwashing. This was corrected during inspection. Ensure sink is always kept accessible for handwashing.
Cleaning is required under shelving in kitchen and in walk in freezer on the floor and shelving. Please clean and ensure these areas are added to a regular cleaning schedule.
