When inspector arrived, tomatillos were being prepared in sink used for hand washing and sink was inaccessible for handwashing. This was corrected during inspection. Ensure sink is always kept accessible for handwashing.
The scoops used in cooler inserts were stored directly in inserts, some with the handles directly contacting food. If storing scoops in inserts, ensure that handles are long enough to not contact food.
Diapering pad in women's washroom had cloth material on edges that could not be easily cleaned and disinfected. Replace with non-porous cover that is easy to clean and disinfect.
Cleaning is required under shelving in kitchen and in walk in freezer on the floor and shelving. Please clean and ensure these areas are added to a regular cleaning schedule.
Two used cleaning cloths were observed in kitchen on food prep surface and under grill. These were placed into sanitizing solution during the inspection. Ensure cloths are stored in sanitizer when not in use.
