Extra sets of utensils were not present at sampling stations. , Please ensure extra utensils are present at each sampling stations., 3. It was noted that the probe thermometer was not being sanitized prior to inserting in the food items. , Please ensure that thermometers are being sanitized prior to checking the internal temperature of food items. , 4. Food handlers were noted to be handing garbage bin and using same gloves for food handling without changing gloves and performing hand washing. , Importance of hand washing, and glove policy was discussed with the operator during the inspection. Hands must be washed between tasks, before putting gloves on, after taking them off and between glove change. Please wash hands and follow proper glove policy.

Food handlers indicated that they spray quat solution. , Please either acquire alcoholic swabs or follow manufacturer's instructed sanitizing contact time of the quat solution to effectively sanitize probe thermometers. , 3. Extra set of cooking utensils were not observed at sample stations. The staff indicated that they spray quat solution in the event of contamination. , Please ensure that extra sets of utensils are available at each station as a backup.
