No thermometers were present in the refrigerator adjacent to the handwashing station or in the freestanding refrigerator in the corner of the kitchen., Please provide thermometers for the refrigerators and inform the PHI.
During inspection, it was observed that the bags of onions were placed on the floor of the walk-in cooler. Staff were advised to move the onions off the floor to prevent contamination.
During the inspection, it was observed that the scoops left in the flour containers were in contact with the flour. The manager was advised to remove the scoops and placed them in a separate container to prevent contamination.

The pre-made Quats sanitizer solution machine was dispensing the sanitizer solution at a concentration of 100 ppm. Staff mentioned that they will contact the maintenance personnel and inform the PHI once it is fixed.
