The concentration of sanitizer solution dispensed from the sanitizer dispenser was measured between 50–100 ppm, which is below the required level of 200 ppm., - Staff was directed to manually prepare the sanitizer solution at the required concentration of 200–400 ppm and verify the strength using a test kit. Replace all sanitizer solutions currently in use with freshly prepared solutions at the correct concentration.
The back door of the storage room was left open to allow fresh air circulation; however, no screen door is installed., Install a properly fitted screen door to prevent pest entry. Keep the door closed whenever possible until the screen door is in place.
