PassThe complaint was discussed with the manager. This complaint was filed with McDonald's head office as well according to the manager. The manager stated that this incident goes against McDonalds policy and should have not occurred. The manager will discuss this incident/matter with all staff to ensure that this will not happen again.

Wall tiles and baseboard tiles are either damaged or missing near the cash drive thru area. , , Ensure walls are in good repair.
Puck boards located on the stair (basement) walls are lifting., , Ensure walls are in good repair.
Shelving used to store cleaning supplies etc. are made of unfinished wood. This included the wooden doors., , Ensure wooden shelves and doors are properly finished (varnish or paint) so that its smooth, easily cleanable and impervious to moisture.
Electrical plate covers were missing at 3 electrical outlets. , , Electrical plates covers were installed during inspection.
Smoothie machine was leaking water on the kitchen floor. Floor was cleaned by staff. , , Smoothie machine was repaired by technician during inspection.
