The manager stated that this incident goes against McDonalds policy and should have not occurred. The manager will discuss this incident/matter with all staff to ensure that this will not happen again.

Observed food handler wash a set of spatulas and then just dip it in the sanitizer before taking it to their workstation. QUAT sanitizer used at the facility requires 1 minute contact time. The food handler was educated, and the spatula was brought back and placed in the sanitizer again., , Ensure all washed/cleaned dishware are immersed in the sanitizer for 1 minute or longer.
Ceiling tile is missing at the entrance of staff washroom (womens). Ceiling tiles were removed due to a water leak. Water leak has been repaired., , Ensure new ceiling tile is installed.
