No hot water at start of inspection as operator forgot to turn hot water tank on. Eventually hot water was available with cold water, soap and paper towels., , Ensure you turn your hot water tank before any food preparation begins.

Facility requires some deeper cleaning around the grill and burner area as there is still some noticeable grease on the wall behind and under. , , Give all surfaces another wipe to take off the grease.
