This is a safety concern especially if children will be going to use the washroom. , , Ensure a new door is installed from the sitting area which will allow direct access to the washroom. Current door must be locked to prevent access to the utility room.
Pest control monitoring program has not been implemented. , , Ensure pest control monitoring program is implemented by setting up mouse traps inside the facility. Complete AHS checklist is once a month. Third party monthly services can also be used.
