1. Wall board has been installed that has several joints and screws. Some edges are pulling away from the wall and there are gaps around an electrical outlet. Water can get behind the wall at the joints and around the outlet which could lead to mold growth or an electrical hazard. , , 2. There is a counter and sink cupboard that have exposed particle board that is difficult to clean and is absorbent. , 3. The food counter in the back area by the door has paint on it. , , Have all wall joints sealed and walls smooth, non-absorbent and easily cleanable. Ensure particle board is sealed and non-absorbent. Have paint removed. , , If screws are found to be difficult to clean and trapping dirt/debris, the wall material will need to be replaced.
1. There is a 3-door cooler that was at 9.9 C and needs a new seal on one door. Operator indicated it may not be used and may be removed. , , 2. There is condensation occurring in the walk-in freezer forming ice buildup. Non-potable ice can contaminate food stored below. Ensure the fans are not leaking and remove ice. , , Provide any service documentation for the freezer., Please repair the seal and adjust the temperature or remove the unit if not keeping it.
