Hands must be washed between tasks, after handling soiled dishes and raw meat and before handling ready-to-eat food items and clean dishes and after touching hair. Please wash your hands.
A medium ziploc bag containing raw chicken breast was noted to be stored on top of ready to eat food items such as oranges, celery and milk. , The bag of raw chicken was moved on the bottom shelf during the inspection. The operator was further advised to store raw meat either on the bottom shelf or designated area located away from ready-to-eat food items.
