The operator indicated that they use cleaning cloths as potholders. The operator was advised to either acquire potholders or color code these cleaning cloths so that they are not being used for cleaning/sanitizing purposes. , 2. Debris was noted on the meat slicer. , The operator cleaned the meat slicer. Photographs received a few hours laters.
Staff members were not washing hands between tasks. , Importance of handwashing was discussed with the operator during the inspection. Hands must be washed between tasks.
