Non conformeAt the time of the inspection, we noted jars of a garlic oil product. At first it was thought that this was home prepared foods, but I understood from the operators that the food was made in a Permitted Home Kitchen. However, your paperwork did not indicate that you have a home-based kitchen, and it referenced the use of Kuya Will's & Tobits Kitchen. I went through our files and I could not see a file for this business having a Food Handling Permit. This means you cannot sell food items on social media unless you have a Food Handling Permit and the food is made in an approved kitchen.

Operator did not have surface sanitizer but was able to use a disinfectant from the neighbouring booth.
All the supplies for the handwash station were there in the booth, but the actual handwash station was not properly set up before food handling started. Please ensure handwash station is set up prior to starting food handling.
