The dishwashing sanitizer concentration was found to be below 50 ppm. The chef stated that they have already contacted the service provider, who is scheduled to visit on December 26, 2025. In the meantime, the chef was instructed to wash and rinse dishes using the dishwasher and prepare a sanitizer solution in the sink for sanitizing.
No pest control report was available on-site. Please ensure that monthly pest control checks are conducted and forward the report to the Public Health Inspector as soon as possible
