Frozen beaverdog sausages and a package of minced uncooked bacon were observed thawing at room temperature., - Staff was directed to move the food items into a cooler for correction. Frozen foods must be thawed using approved methods such as in a fridge or under cold running potable water, or by another sanitary method that prevents temperature abuse.
