The concentration of the quaternary ammonium sanitizer was recorded below 200ppm. The manager refilled the sanitizer, and the new sanitizer solution was measured to be 200ppm.
A container of flour had the scoop handle making contact with the flour. Ensure that the scoop is stored in a separate container or in a manner that prevents the handle from coming into contact with the food.

Scoops used in the bulk bins had soiled handles used to portion food items in dry storage bins. , , Please ensure the scoop handles are stored away from the bulk food (Flour & Milk Powder) to prevent food contamination. Store scoops with the handles out of the bulk food.,
