At the time of inspection, No sink was noticed onsite to clean the reusable utensils (coffee pot and other , reusable utensils)., Staff indicated that a sink is available on second floor of the facility which can be used as a 1-comparment sink for washing the reusable utensils. , , ENSURE TO HAVE A DESIGNATED 1-COMPARTMENT SINK TO WASH THE UTENSILS SERVED TO THE PUBLIC. THE SINK IN THE WASHROOM MUST NOT BE USED TO WASH THE UTENSILS.
At the time of inspection: , No sanitizing solution or testing strips is available to sanitize and measure the concentration of the sanitizing solution. , , ENSURE A CHEMICAL TESTING SRTIP IS AVAILABLE ONSITE TO TEST THE CONCENTARTION OF THE SANITIZING SOLUTION EVERYTIME THE SANITIZER IS USED.
