Observed food handler wash a set of spatulas and then just dip it in the sanitizer before taking it to their workstation. QUAT sanitizer used at the facility requires 1 minute contact time. The food handler was educated, and the spatula was brought back and placed in the sanitizer again., , Ensure all washed/cleaned dishware are immersed in the sanitizer for 1 minute or longer.
Ceiling tile is missing at the entrance of staff washroom (womens). Ceiling tiles were removed due to a water leak. Water leak has been repaired., , Ensure new ceiling tile is installed.

Wall tiles and baseboard tiles are either damaged or missing near the cash drive thru area. , , Ensure walls are in good repair.
Puck boards located on the stair (basement) walls are lifting., , Ensure walls are in good repair.
Shelving used to store cleaning supplies etc. are made of unfinished wood. This included the wooden doors., , Ensure wooden shelves and doors are properly finished (varnish or paint) so that its smooth, easily cleanable and impervious to moisture.
