Live and dead cockroaches (10-15) were observed on glue traps mostly in the dishwashing and hand sink areas., - The facility is being monitored and treated by a licensed Pest Control Company., - Store food in pest proof containers with tightfitting covers to prevent potential pest contamination. , - Do not allow garbage, food particle and debris to accumulate in a manner that would facilitate the harborage or proliferation of pest., - Seal/caulked all openings noted between steel panels and walls throughout the kitchen to prevent pest harborage., - Keep the floor and walls in the dishwashing area dry as much as possible. Cockroaches are highly attracted to water., - Check all plumbing fixtures in the facility to ensure there are no plumbing leaks.
