- During the visit to the Penguins Room, the refrigerator was found operating at 10°C, which is above the safe cold‑holding temperature. An internal thermometer was not present at the time of the observation. The director promptly installed a new thermometer and adjusted the fridge settings to lower the temperature., - An expired milk carton (expiry: January 27) was also found inside the fridge. The staff discarded it immediately and indicated it had not been used for some time.
The scoops for the cereal were left inside the main bulks. Ensure the scoops are placed in a separate container, adjacent to the cereal containers, and not left inside it to prevent the contamination of the bulk. It was corrected during the inspection.
