July 11, 2025:, The dipper well has been attached to the inside of the food preparation sink with staff using the spray hose to rinse the ice cream scoops. This is not acceptable., - Relocate the dipper well to the original location that it was approved at, hook it up to water and obtain the drain plug to allow it to operate properly., , , June 10, 2025:, Utensils (ice cream scoops/spatulas/tongs) are being stored in containers of plain water., - Operator switched to storing in ice-water baths and sending for frequent washing., , The dipper well for the storage of the hard ice cream scoops is currently not operational. , - A part has been ordered.
