The paper towel at the handwashing sink was not in a dispenser. Please put the paper towel in a dispenser so that is stays clean and dry.
There is no self-closing device on the staff washroom door; door opens into room where dishwashing takes place nearby. Please install a self-closing device.

Concentration of quat sanitizer in spray bottle was too low. Corrected during inspection; now at 200ppm. Please check daily to ensure quat sanitizer is at proper concentration, in spray bottles and when dispensed into sink for sanitizing utensils, as dispensing device does not appear to be dispensing correct concentration consistently.
