The chlorine sanitizer for the dishmachine was too weak. New bottle of sanitizer attached; dishmachine now dispensing 100ppmm chlorine during rinse cycle.

There is a hole around the wastewater piping for the back handsink (nearest door into dining area) and the access door for the plumbing access panel is missing. Please repair wall and install the access door.
There was a rusty and damaged metal sieve on shelf. To be discarded.
