There was a package of sausages on counter that was at 14C. Was put into cooler during inspection. Do not remove items from cooler until just before you are going to cook them. If they need thawing, thaw in the cooler.
The hot water tank had not been turned on yet and staff were in the mobile food vending unit prepping food for opening. Turn on the water heater when start preparing food. Was turned on at time of inspection but as takes awhile for the water to warm up, reinspection will be done to verify hot water system is working.
