Please follow 2 comp sink manual dishwashing procedure: wash with detergent and rinse with clean water in 1st comp, then sanitize by complete immersion in an approved sanitizer in 2nd comp.
A dirty towel was used under the drain rack for clean food equipment/utensils. Please obtain a proper drain tray.
The ceiling tiles and air change units above the food kiosk were dusty. Please clean.
