Sliced tomatoes and lettuce measured 25C and 20C respectively. Staff unable to provide information to inspector on how long products had been stored out at room temperature (destroyed). There were no labels and staff unable to determine storage time from electronic system. Store cold perishable foods at 4C or lower.
1) Food containers/lids were stored under the drainage line of the front service hand sink. This is not a sanitary area - please store items in a clean area., 2) Staff personal items (bags) were hung on storage shelf for food and food packaging materials. Provide separate area where staff can store their personal items.
Small flies were noted in the front service area with no means of control. Please eliminate/mitigate pest issue.
Silicone next to cook line hand sink is dirty/difficult to clean and no longer secured to wall. Please remove and replace with new silicone.
