Two stools in kitchen were made up of raw wood., - Seal or paint the stools so that the stools are smooth, impervious to moisture and easy to clean.

A few whole chickens were observed in the two comp sink for thawing., - Use one of the following methods to thaw the frozen food, Microwaving , Directly cooking, Under cold potable running water, In cooler at 4C
A mattress, blanket and a pillow were observed in a decommissioned walkin cooler used for sleeping purposes where dry food was stored., - Remove the sleeping arrangement from the facility.
