Display cooler where perishable sandwiches are stored was measured at 7.9-9 degrees Celsius. , , - Staff were directed to remove all of the perishable foods out of this cooler immediately. , - Do not use the cooler until it can consistently maintain a temperature of 4 degrees Celsius or less.
The drainage plumbing system at the 2-compartment sink and dishwasher located in the unit are not operational. All dishwashing is currently being done at the Timberline dishwashing area which operated by Sodexo as well. , , - Fix the plumbing issue immediately.
Several house flies were observed in the facility, especially in the back storage and dishwashing area. Currently, the only measure in place is a light trap by the entrance into the facility. , , Implement additional effective measures to eliminate the presence of flies.
