Also, a couple of the spray bottles measured at approximately 50 ppm. , , - Service/calibrate the sanitizer dispensers. Quat sanitizers must be used at 200 ppm. , - In the interim, ensure to manually mix Quat sanitizer solutions to 200 ppm or use the dispenser in the dishwashing room which is dispensing at the required concentration of 200 ppm.
