Any food handling (including ice/garnishes) requires a temporary hand sink., , Public temporary hand sink by porta-potties had water which was initially boiling. Immediately unplugged, ice added. No supplies. Recommend providing hand sanitizer rather than temporary hand sink in this area. Corrected during inspection.
