Fly strip noted by dishwasher/over onions that was filled with small drain flies. Remove strip once it has caught flies. Do not put fly strip over any food product or utensils. Consult with pest control operator about additional methods to control flies.

1. Drawer under prep table with slicer had unfinished wood and was not easily cleanable. Drawer not in regular use and removed during inspection., 2. Stools used by staff for breaks were observed in preparation area and were broken/not maintained in a clean condition. Remove stools and ensure all items in preparation area are easily cleanable/kept in good condition.
