Frozen hot dogs noted thawing at room temperature. Ensure hot dogs are kept in refrigerator to thaw.

1. Staff using dish detergent for handwashing. As this may be hard on hands, recommend adding a hand soap dispenser to wall beside sink, 2. As there is only one staff member at this facility, two compartment sink can be used for both handwashing and dishwashing, however, during service, one compartment MUST be dedicated to handwashing (dishwashing and handwashing should not occur at the same time). Ensure handwashing facilities are available and handwashing does not contaminate dishes.
