Summertime Daycare - Food

-Scoops were being stored inside cereal containers. This increases the potential for contamination. They were removed at the time of inspection.

-There was no one on-site that could verify that they had taken an approved food safety course. Please ensure that someone on-site daily that prepares food takes a course and the certificate is available on-site
