*Recreational activity food items(e.g. yeast) was found in the servery cooler. Designate and label an area in cooler just for rec staff to prevent cross contamination.
*Cooler was dirty. Shelves were sticky and spills noted. Clean cooler and maintain sanitation. , , *Wooden storage unit used to hold servery items such as place mats, jams, peanut butter was dirty, stained, sticky and painted finish was chipping. Clean and refinish storage unit so it is smooth and easy to clean. ,
