The operator is to contact the pest control company and ensure more service and monitoring of indoors areas of the campus building and cafeteria, and to include a structural perimeter inspection of the building, to work on identifying 'rodent entry points' and sealing any holes/openings to prevent rodent entry.
No - note there were open rodent poison bait pellets (30+) under the shelving in the far left-side corner (upon entry) at the side food and items storage room. The operator is to ensure the licensed pest control company and technician are not leaving such poison bait uncovered (and this is to be removed by the pest control technician)., , Also, previously noted food debris accumulation in the drainage located at front cooking line has been removed and area washed.
