Yes (corrected during inspection) - there were three dry food storage containers without adequate covers/lids (i.e. food protection) located in the dry food storage room, at rear of main kitchen area. Staff were advised to ensure all food product containers are covered when not in use. Note that this is a repeat violation and food safety practises are to be reviewed with all staff in the food premises, to ensure consistency.
