Replace baseboard., , Some of the shelving in the walk-in-cooler was chipped and getting rusty. Refinish of replace damaged shelving., , Raw wood shelving in the walk-in-freezer. Replace with shelving that is smooth, easily cleanable and impervious to moisture.
Some of the caulking between the counter and splashguard for the public washroom sinks is missing. Moisture is getting in this area and starting to degrade the particleboard. Re-caulking to be done.
