There is a build up of debris and mildew on the shelves in the produce cooler. Clean and sanitize this area. Increase cleaning to weekly or as needed based on visual inspection.

Foods and merchandise were stocked on sale shelves, inside the walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer prior to approval inspection. This made proper inspection difficult. Perishable foods were placed into coolers/freezers without health approval.
Soaps, detergents, and personal cleaning products were stored next to and among foods on sale shelves. Keep items that may contaminate foods separately.
Wooden boards on the end of shelves in the walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer were bare and unfinished. Please paint/seal and ensure boards are smooth, nonporous and easily cleanable.
The walk-in freezer condenser unit was leaking and condensate was frozen onto shelves below. Please repair.
