Non conformeThe quat based sanitizer solution being used was tested to be over 400ppm. , , This is too strong. The solution was diluted to 200ppm at the time of the inspection. , , Please ensure that sanitizer solutions are tested each time they are dispensed/mixed to ensure the correct concentration is achieved.
A chemical bottle labelled "Sanitizer - bleach" contained a pink solution. When the solution was tested a quat solution was detected. , , Please correct the label. Ensure that all chemical bottles are labeled correctly such that the contents can be identified and safety used.
The chlorine-based mechanical dishwasher was run and 0ppm chlorine was detected. It was observed that the sanitizer concentrate container was empty. , , The concentrate was changed out, the line was primed, and the dishwasher was run again. When tested the dishwasher was sanitizing at 100ppm. , , Please ensure the dishwasher is tested daily to ensure it is sanitizing at 100ppm prior to use.
Mouse droppings were observed on the floor under the metal wire shelving storing chemicals and take out containers as well as on the top of an electrical outlet in the same location. , , Please safely clean up the droppings and continue to monitor for activity. , , The facility has an active pest control contract in place, most recent service was on March 12th, 2026, which showed a low level of pest activity. , , Please continue to work with the pest control company to abate any pest issues.
