The staff mentioned that their residential dishwasher was still not fixed. Temperature data logging was not conducted during the inspection. The staff mentioned that they are still trying to fix the dishwasher. In the meantime, the staff mentioned that they manually wash and sanitize their dishware in their multiple-compartment sink. The staff demonstrated adequate knowledge on the proper manual dishwashing procedures, including the proper mixing and testing of a 100-ppm chlorine.
