The flooring was in disrepair in the following areas:, a) There was a crack in the floor covering in the Vista 3 serving kitchen., b) The floor covering was damaged by the dishwasher in the Courts 3 serving kitchen., -Please repair the flooring to prevent water damage., , 3. The wall was damaged in the cart washing room in the main kitchen., -Please repair the wall to prevent water infiltration., , 4. The wall around piping under the dishwasher in the main kitchen was cracking and water may infiltrate the area., -Please repair the wall so that the surface is smooth, durable, impervious to moisture, and easy to clean.
