1. A number of used wiping cloths (disposable) were noted out at coffee station. In order to prevent bacterial growth on cloths during the day, keep cloths in sanitizing solution or ensure used cloths are changed out at least every 2 hours or when soiled., 2. Contents of chemical spray bottles were not accurately labelled and/or were not appropriate food safe chemicals. Ensure staff review use of sanitizer and all items are properly labelled.
