In order to prevent bacterial growth on cloths during the day, keep cloths in sanitizing solution or ensure used cloths are changed out at least every 2 hours or when soiled., 2. Contents of chemical spray bottles were not accurately labelled and/or were not appropriate food safe chemicals. Ensure staff review use of sanitizer and all items are properly labelled.
