Initially no hot water was noted at sink. A valve needed to be opened by maintenance; ensure outlet does not open unless an adequate supply of hot water is in place (add to daily checklist or ensure staff report any issues with hot water).

1. Counter is worn and missing laminate above dishwasher., 2. Some shelves are unfinished wood., Ensure all shelves are smooth, impervious and easily cleanable.
